Refund policy

At Coastal Soul Swim, we want you to absolutely love your swim. Because of the nature of swimwear, we have a few guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene for all customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or sunscreen marks

  • All original tags and hygienic liners must be intact

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition or custom pieces

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges (U.S. orders only) on eligible items within 14 days, subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit 

  • Refund to original payment method (if requested)

Store credit never expires.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at peyton@coastalsoulswim.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for return processing once received

  • 3–5 business days for exchange shipments
